Urgent: families, homes and churches devastated in Cuba

Hurricane Oscar has devastated the eastern side of Cuba, leaving homes destroyed, agriculture flooded, and essential supplies cut off. Families in El Cobre, already suffering from power blackouts, are now in desperate need of immediate help. Your support can provide essentials like food, bedding, and hygiene products, offering hope and the chance to rebuild.

Last Sunday, Hurricane Oscar devastated the entire eastern side of the island. Homes have been destroyed, trees uprooted, distribution channels blocked, and agriculture flooded.
 
The community around our program in El Cobre has been devastated, and was already facing difficulty from 50 hours of government-issued power blackouts right before the storm hit.
 
You can bring immediate hope and help in the form of food, bedding, clothes, shoes, mattresses, towels, hygiene products, and household goods.
 
Your gift will go directly to support these families in rebuilding their lives and feeling God’s love in action through the Forward Edge Family. 
 
We have already sent $5,000 to our program leaders to begin addressing immediate needs, but it’s become clear much more support will be needed.
