Dulce lives with her parents, her older brother and her twin sister. Her mom and dad met when they were teenagers and became parents a year later; they moved in with family and have lived with in-laws since. The family currently lives in their grandparents' house. During the pandemic, Dulce's parents had jobs with different schedules so they didn't see each other much. They decided to leave those jobs and now her mom works full time selling various items, like jewelry, blankets and tea towels. Her dad was a construction worker but has health problems and hasn't been able to continue working. It has been very hard for the family financially and emotionally.
